With academic foundations in business and finance, including a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance, he leads the company’s day-to-day operations while refining the structures and decision-making frameworks that drive long-term performance.

Known for combining hands-on leadership with strategic thinking, Achraf focuses on building an organization grounded in accountability, consistency, people development, and operational excellence.
